Transition can be difficult and challenging. Accordingly, The Sports & Entertainment Group has developed a number of innovative programs and strategies to ease transition challenges for our clients and to give them the tools and resources necessary to be successful. A valuable program we have implemented is our all-player, Annual Retreat. The primary objective of the Retreat is to continue to ensure that our clients remain prepared for long-term success beyond their professional sport. We have cultivated a platform to foster business partnerships among the clients themselves, and otherwise. Past speakers have included National Football League Players Association (“NFLPA”) Executive Director DeMaurice Smith, ESPN’s Adam Schefter, ESPN’s Jim Trotter, ESPN’s Josina Anderson and NFL Network’s Steve Wyche, among others.
