September 16, 2019

For the past three years, Patriots’ star running back client and De Facto Super Bowl 51 MVP James White has annually hosted Sweet Feet for Strikes in Boston, MA.  Sweet Feet for Strikes is a philanthropic bowling tournament that benefits the pediatric unit of the Boston Medical Center.  The event draws a multitude of Boston-based businesses and other notable community support.  Each year, Sweet Feet for Strikes sells all twenty (20) bowling lanes, attracting well over 400 event attendees and reaching over 4.2 million individuals through social media and other regional and national news coverage.  This year’s event was hosted on September 16, 2019, which marks the 10th year anniversary of the event, formerly known as The Mayo Bowl and previously hosted by former Patriot linebacker, Jerod Mayo.  Jerod handpicked James to be his successor and host of this marquee charity event.

Sweet Feet for Strikes is the largest professional athlete attended event in the New England region and this year was no different. Many of James’ teammates showed support to James and this notable cause, some of which included Patriots quarterback Tom Brady; fellow running backs Sony Michel, Brandon Bolden, Rex Burkhead; outside linebacker Dont’a Hightower; cornerback Jason McCourty; safety Devin McCourty; long snapper Joe Cardona; among several other Patriots players.

Sweet Feet for Strikes has generated over $2.6 million for Boston Medical Center to date.  James is honored to be the host and he proudly supports this event that has such a significant impact on the pediatric initiatives of Boston Medical Center.
